What we collect and why.

Parents

When you request an introduction, we collect your name, email, city or ZIP code, and anything you write in the note. We use them only to arrange your introduction. We ask for no details about your child and no health information, so please leave those out of the note.

To make the introduction, we share your name, email, location and note with the therapist we introduce you to. We don’t share your details with anyone else, and we don’t sell them.

Therapists

When you ask to be listed, we collect the details on the form. Your name, credentials, practice, city, region, website and whether you offer telehealth appear on the site only after we’ve confirmed with you. Your email is never shown on the site.

How it’s stored

The site and its database run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are sent by a person and not a bot. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your details

Email hello@findmyofunctional.com and we’ll delete your details. Therapists can ask to be removed from the list the same way.

Children

This site is for parents and therapists. It isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
